Robert Maurice-- has been a Greater Phoenix Realtor for more than 15 years. He is known for his reliability, skill and honesty in all his dealings. Robert's success in the industry started early when he was named "Rookie of the Year" during his first year in the business. In succeeding years he joined the $4-$6 Million sales award clubs and further maintained sales within the top 10% of valley agents at Phoenix's largest real estate agency. As such, he has negotiated hundreds of residential and commercial contracts for buyers and sellers. From the start of the transaction to closing, Robert is always thinking about how he can give his clients the best real estate experience. John Lick--brings his vast experience in contracts and negotiations to the Maurice & Lick team. Prior to becoming a full-time Realtor, he worked for a multi-billion dollar government agency and with multi-million dollar programs. John's success in the business also came early closing $1 Million and securing $2 Million in sales during his first six months. He has always believed clients need the most current and up-to-date market data to assist them in being a well-equipped buyer or seller, with the strongest negotiating positions.
